We want every member of Velori Atelier to feel the membership earns its place. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked, no unreasonable conditions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@velori.app and we will handle it with Paddle on your behalf. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Cancelling instead
You can cancel a Velori Atelier subscription at any time from your membership page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Free trials are never charged if cancelled before the trial ends.
Third-party bookings
Hotels, activities, and transfers booked through our partners (such as Booking.com or GetYourGuide) are subject to those providers' own cancellation and refund terms, which are shown before you confirm the booking with them.
