Velori
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Velori is operated by Bonginkosi Sibinda (trading as "Velori", "we", "us"), the seller of all subscriptions and services offered on this site. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use velori.app, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are of legal age or have authority to bind your organisation.
2. The service
Velori is a curated luxury travel discovery and itinerary-planning service: editorial guides, destination collections, a personal trip planner, and links to third-party booking partners (including Booking.com and GetYourGuide). Third-party bookings are contracts between you and those providers; Velori is not a party to them and is not responsible for the underlying travel services.
3. Payments & subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) together with our Refund Policy. Velori Atelier memberships renew automatically until cancelled and begin with a 7-day free trial where offered.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes:
- Any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
- Infringing intellectual-property rights of Velori or third parties.
- Interfering with the service's security or infrastructure — including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits.
- Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service or its content.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
5. Intellectual property
Velori and its content — software, editorial text, guides, branding, and design — are owned by or licensed to Bonginkosi Sibinda. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. If you submit content (e.g. partner applications), you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service.
6. Service level & liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it. Travel information and event alerts are advisory; always confirm locally before you travel.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms. On termination your access ends; you may export your itineraries beforehand, after which your data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.
8. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
